Weathervane Kicks Off the Season With ‘Hairspray’ – 7/15/2009

Review for SISTER ACT at The Broadway Theatre in New York City

Old Movies (Still) Becoming Broadway Musicals – 11/16/11

“Patina Miller was also off the night I was in attendance and understudy Kimberly Marable was still able to bring down the house in the lead role of Deloris, the lounge singer who needs to hide in a convent to escape her thug boyfriend.

Marable captivates the stage and only takes a moment to have us forget she's the understudy. Her timing is perfect, her delivery fresh and her voice is amazing. If you didn't read the notice in the program, you would never have known the part isn't hers. Same is pretty true for (Jennifer) Allen as Mother Superior. Both prove that sometimes, a show doesn't have to be a star vehicle to be enjoyed.”
